 Waiwera upgrade their packaging to P.E.T.
Waiwera Infinity Water has been recognised as "the best water in the world" and they needed a package to reflect this.
World-renown designer, David Melrose, came up with a total of three stunning new designs covering seven different bottle sizes. It was then up to LinkPlas to manufacture these designs to the world class standard that was required for these bottles. These include the three Classic Shapes, two in the SUB Sports Bottle range (Sarah Ulmer Brand) and two Stock Bottles.
One of the unique features of these bottles is a new triple start 30mm neck. Although this is a first for NZ it has become the norm for water bottles in Europe and other parts of the world.
 Historically in NZ water bottles have been produced with the same 28mm neck design as carbonated soft drink bottles. The 30mm neck is specifically designed for water products and results in reduced weights and manufacturing costs.
In addition, the triple start thread not only offers operational advantages but is also consumer friendly for opening and closing. They are Tamper Evident AND Tamper Proof, thereby offering many benefits over the older style 'push-pull' sipper cap. The SUB bottles also feature a new style "thumbs up" cap.

The latest product, a high quality, totally unique water bottle for 42 Below has demonstrated this. The 420ml water bottle has a retro glass like appearance in a design originating from the classic Lava Lamp.
LinkPlas Tablet / Pill Jar Range
 LinkPlas has recently released to the Pharmaceutical market a new PET Tablet/ Pill Jar Range!
More and more Pharmaceutical manufacturers are seeing the benefits of moving into PET Jars. It really looks and feels like glass, and the new PET Tablet/ Pill Jar Range is the growing alternative to heavy and breakable glass jars.
The new range presently consists of 3 sizes: 75ml, 115ml and 200ml. Easy-open containers with Tamper-Evident closures, these caps can be cone-seal or for extra safety the caps can be Induction Heat Sealed to ensure safety and convenience to consumers.
The range is predominantly produced in white, amber, cobalt blue, although any colour can be produced according to your needs!
Bullet Bottle Range
 LinkPlas saw a need to launch a new product for the Cosmetic & Healthcare market. The idea was to come up with something modern, with an attractive 'on-shelf' appeal to consumers and with the look of glass. The new "Bullet Bottle Range" has proven to be a success since its launch in August/04 and in July/05 we have just added a new bottle to this range.
The range has now grown to 4 bottles, sizes being: 90ml, 175ml, 300ml and 500ml. They can be produced in any colour tinted, opaque, metallic, tint glitter or pearl!

Custom Designed Tablet Jar
 In association with Premier Plastics there was a need to update the PVC range of tablet jars for one of NZ's leading HealthCare Companies. PET was the obvious replacement due to presentation, high tolerance neck finish, improved barrier properties and environmental issues.
